Polaris RZR Turbo R Big Core Full Turbo Back Installation Instructions For Models: RZR Pro XP (2024-2024), RZR Turbo R (2024-2026), RZR Pro S (2025-2026), RZR Pro S 4 (2025-2025), RZR Turbo R 4 (2024-2026)
1. Remove Bed Liner, Rear Fascia Plastic and Stock Muffler Assembly.(See Figure #1)
2. Remove the Turbo Heat Shield.(See Figure #2)
3. Remove 02 sensor from Stock Downpipe.

4. Remove Factory Turbo Downpipe.(See Figure #3)
1. Install supplied Mounting Bracket with (4) M6X20 allen bolts. (See Figure #4)
6. Install supplied Turbo Down Pipe with Factory Hardware. (See Figure #5)
7. Reinstall Factory Turbo Heat Shield on New Downpipe using Factory hardware.(See Figure #6)
8. Install New Muffler assembly onto Downpipe and attach to Bracket using supplied (2) M10x1.5 Hex Bolts, (2) Fender washers, (2) Flat Washers and (2) M10x1.5 Nylock Nuts. (See Figure #7)
9. Reinstall factory 02 sensor. Reinstall Clipped Connector to back side of original bracket. (See Figure #8)
10. Tighten all Hardware and reinstall Bed Liner.
11. If not installing HMF Rear Bumper at this time reinstall Factory Rear Fascia using Factory T40 Torx hardware.
