Kawasaki Teryx H2 Rear Bumper Installation Instructions

For Models: Teryx H2 (2026-2026)

Installation

1. Begin by loosely installing the Left and Right Mounting brackets using the supplied (4x M10-1.25x20 Hex Bolts, 4x Thicker 3/8" USS Washers).

2. With the Mounting Brackets loosly installed, use the provided (2x M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts, 2x 1/4" Flat Washers) to loosely hang the HMF Rear Bumper from the HMF mounts.

3. With the HMF Rear Bumper hanging by the Upper Mounts use the provided (2x M10-1.25x70 Hex Bolts, 2x M10-1.25 Nylock Nuts, 4x 3/8" Flat Washers) to loosely secure the Lower Mount to the vehicle.

4. Now that the HMF Rear Bumper is loosely in place with all hardware make any final adjustments to the positioning and tighten all hardware starting with the Upper Bracket to Bumper bolts, then the Lower Mount bolts then finally the Upper Bracket to Frame bolts.
